Please ensure that your pictures are within the size limits for uploading. Your camera will probably produce images that are much too big, 5 mega pixels or more (they should be about 0.2 mega pixels). If you are going to take some pictures you can set your camera to its lowest resolution (VGA or 640 x 480).

If in doubt look in the folder where your images are located. Depending on your version of Windows you can see pixel size by left clicking once on the file or right clicking and looking at 'properties'. The image should be about 500 by 400 pixels or have a file size about 100 kb or less.

If it is much bigger you will need to resize the image using Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Picture Manager or other editing program. You can always test your upload without typing any text, just to see if it will go through. Then go back type the details and send the image again. (The database will not know that an image sent on its own belongs with your text)
